My Personal Safely Plan

Description

After feeling my original safety plan workbooks weren’t as good as they could be, I decided to develop a new one. This workbook is broken down into three sessions, with the first section being a quick reference section. The second section is a more detailed safely plan, and the third and last section is a distraction plan. All three sections together make up your personal safety plan.
