This is the companion workbook that goes with the article ‘CBT-E: The Surprising Benefits Of Maintaining An Eating Schedule‘. I created this workbook after undergoing cognitive behaviour therapy for eating disorders (CBT-E) to treat my binge eating disorder.

However, the usefulness of an eating schedule and meal planner goes far beyond treatment for someone with an eating disorder, which is why I made the workbook. Just like having a sleep routine is beneficial to the amount of sleep we have, having an eating routine also allows us to live with our energy at its optimal level.
