I created this workbook after undergoing cognitive behaviour therapy for eating disorders (CBT-E) to treat my binge eating disorder<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n However, the usefulness of an eating schedule and meal planner goes far beyond treatment for someone with an eating disorder, which is why I made the workbook.
